Responsible Gaming at c9996

c9996 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience. Gambling is entertainment — our tools help you stay in control at all times.

🔞 21+ c9996 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.

Our Commitment to Safe Play

c9996 believes that gambling should always be a form of entertainment, never a source of financial or personal distress. As Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform, we take our responsibility to players seriously. We have built a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools and policies that empower every player to manage their activity and stay in control.

Problem gambling affects a small but significant number of players across Bangladesh and worldwide. c9996 actively monitors platform activity, provides self-management tools, and trains its support team to identify and assist players who may be at risk. We do not want to profit from players who are struggling — if gambling is no longer fun for you, we want to help you take a break or stop entirely.

All c9996 responsible gaming tools are free of charge, effective immediately upon request, and available 24/7 through our customer support team. You do not need to provide a reason to activate any tool. Your privacy is protected throughout the process.

Responsible Gaming Tools

c9996 provides the following practical tools to help you play within limits that are right for you.

💰
Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit on the amount you can deposit into your c9996 account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory cooling-off period. This helps you budget your gambling spend and avoid chasing losses.
⏱️
Session Time Limits
Limit how long you can play in a single session. c9996 will display a visible session timer so you are always aware of how long you have been active on the platform. When your set time limit is reached, your session will be automatically ended.
🚫
Self-Exclusion
Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year. During self-exclusion your account is locked, all promotional communications are stopped, and you will not be able to log in or make deposits. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period. For permanent closure, contact our support team.
⏸️
Time-Out / Cool-Off
Take a short break from c9996 for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days with our Time-Out feature. During this period your account is temporarily suspended. Unlike self-exclusion, a time-out period cannot be cancelled once it has begun. Use this tool if you feel you need a brief pause.
📊
Reality Check Alerts
Enable periodic pop-up reminders at intervals you choose (every 30, 60, or 90 minutes) that show you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session. Reality checks are a simple but effective nudge to keep you aware of your activity.
🔒
Loss Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you are prepared to lose. Once your loss limit is reached for the period, you will not be able to place any further bets until the limit resets. Loss limits are an important safety net for players who want to protect their bankroll.

Gambling as Entertainment — Keep It Fun

The vast majority of c9996 players enjoy gambling as a recreational activity. BPL cricket betting, live dealer tables, and slot games are designed to be exciting and entertaining. But to keep gambling enjoyable, it is important to approach it with the right mindset from the start.

  • Only gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose. Never use rent money, savings, or funds set aside for essential household expenses to fund your c9996 account.
  • Set a budget before you start each session and stick to it regardless of whether you are winning or losing. The outcome of casino games and sports bets is always uncertain.
  • Never chase losses. Trying to win back money you have already lost leads to longer sessions, larger bets, and greater financial risk. If you lose your session budget, log out and come back another day.
  • Take regular breaks during your session. Step away from the screen, have a drink of water, and return only when you feel refreshed and in control.
  • Balance gambling with other hobbies and social activities. If you find yourself thinking about c9996 constantly or prioritising it over family, friends, or work, it may be time to take a break.

c9996 wants every player to finish their session feeling that they had fun, not regret. Playing responsibly means gambling stays in the entertainment column of your life, never becoming a source of stress, debt, or conflict.

Recognising Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always easy to recognise, especially in the early stages. The following signs may indicate that gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone you know.

⚠️
Important: If you identify with three or more of the questions below, we strongly recommend contacting our support team to discuss activating responsible gaming tools or taking a break from c9996.
Ask yourself honestly:
1Do I gamble for longer than I originally intended, or find it hard to stop when I planned to?
2Have I ever borrowed money, sold items, or dipped into savings to fund gambling?
3Do I feel restless, irritable, or anxious when I am not able to gamble?
4Have I tried to hide my gambling from family members or friends?
5Do I gamble to escape problems, stress, loneliness, or negative feelings?
6After losing, do I feel a strong urge to gamble again as soon as possible to try to win back what I lost?

There is no shame in recognising that gambling has become a problem. Many people across Bangladesh and the world have faced the same situation and found a path forward. Reaching out to c9996 customer support is a confidential, judgement-free first step.

Protecting Minors — 21+ Only

c9996 does not permit anyone under the age of 21 to register an account or place any bet on our platform. This is a strict, non-negotiable policy. All registration applications are subject to age verification, and c9996 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time to confirm eligibility.

If you share a device with younger family members, we strongly recommend taking the following precautions to prevent underage access to c9996 and other gambling platforms.

  • Always log out of your c9996 account when you finish playing, especially on shared or family devices. Do not allow your browser to save your c9996 login credentials on any device accessible to minors.
  • Use parental control software to block access to gambling websites on devices used by minors. Many mobile operating systems and internet service providers in Bangladesh offer free parental control tools.
  • If you believe a minor has accessed a c9996 account — whether their own or yours — contact our support team immediately. The account will be investigated and if underage gambling is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any funds returned.

How to Activate Responsible Gaming Tools

All responsible gaming tools at c9996 are available on request through our customer support team. Here is how to get started.

  • Contact our support team at [email protected] and state which tool or limit you would like to activate. You do not need to provide a detailed reason. Simply stating 'I would like to set a deposit limit' or 'I want to take a time-out' is enough.
  • All tool activations are confirmed in writing by our support team. Deposit limits and loss limits take effect immediately. Time-outs and self-exclusion periods also begin immediately and cannot be reversed during the active period.
  • If you wish to increase a deposit or loss limit, a mandatory cooling-off period applies before the higher limit comes into effect. This delay is intentional — it prevents impulsive decisions made during a losing streak from undermining the protection the limit provides.

If you believe your gambling has become a serious problem, we encourage you to request permanent account closure rather than a temporary time-out. Our support team will assist you through this process with confidentiality and without judgement.
